Instead of showing respect for human life and obey the international laws, the main Western leaders who instigated the war in Libya: Sakosy, Cameron and Obama reacted cheering to the killings, as shown by the hysterical elation of U.S. Psychopath Hillary Clinton, who, when "learned about the death of Muammar Gaddafi interview "filmed by CBS," exclaimed "Wow!" and thus joyfully said, "We came, we saw, he died!," Her face with a big joyful laugh! Such an reaction is as that from Obama when Bin laden as they said was executed, what was in fact an 4 year old death body dug-up as Bin laden was already death for four years, hence his un-ceremonial dumping in sea, but official by the US kept alive for propaganda purposes, Obama could not control his joy which made him a excellent actor and should have been awarded a film price while he should give back the peace price as he by any standards is the most violent and aggressive warlord in the Western world, although closely followed by the UK PM Cameron.

It is probably that a film clip on You tube a couple of days ago showed an slight alteration of Cameron's face, they had added the Hitler moustache and a lock of hair falling down, while being in a position during a speech at the Conservative conference in the UK with a arm stretched nearly in the same way as his look a like always did. However, what Hillary Clinton said was "We came, we saw, he died. This means that the story from Obama that the US had taken a back seat in the Libyan war is in-correct as his foreign secretary clearly state: We came! That put the well known position of America wide open.

It is well known that the NATO is simple a force organised by the USA, run by the USA and used by the USA. The states the USA uses as Special Forces to be uses in the NATO are to this original contracted as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. This as a buffer against the then Soviet Union. That does not exist anymore so they kept the same name ''NATO" but now acting as the North Atlantic Terrorist Organization. As such the USA terrorizes the rest of the world in organizing the dictators of the Western world sympatric countries such as Qatar, the main financer in the Libyan war in exchange for oil. Saudi, who just invaded Bahrain to quell the uprising there, and the emirates as useful stooges. All those countries do not subscribe to International laws, do not have human rights laws and are the back waters of humanity with the dictators regardless of them calling themselves Emirs or Kings holding the money and keeping all the wealth for them selves.

It shows that those leaders including the Western so-called democratic elected leaders are all followers of Marquis de Sade as their happiness about the killings has most certainly a sadistic back ground and were probably as kids on the fore front of torturing and killing animals for fun.

Let us look at the hypocrisy of the U.S. that position could hardly be greater. In 2003, the Bush Administration rehabilitated Gaddafi, who became an ally of the United States in the 'war on terror. A good friend of the British and other Western leaders. In fact, the CIA used Gaddafi's intelligence service to torture detainees that the U.S. sent over to Libya. The CIA rendered detainees to Gaddafi's intelligence service under the lead of the present PM of Libya Jalil, and sent questions along with for the torturers to ask. The CIA may even have had agents present during some of the questioning. In 2008, Condoleezza Rice visited Gaddafi in Libya as a friend. The next year, Obama shook his hand, and John McCain offered him arms, on this we would not carry to much weight, his old age senility is visible getting the overhand. When it was convenient for Washington to support Gaddafi, it did so. When he decided that the wealth of Libya should be staying in Libya, they attacked him.

Too many do not know the history of Gaddifi's Libya, they are not aware of the historical contributions Gaddafi made to his people and the region, even when he has his own failures. Consider, for instance, the following important contributions by Gaddafi to his country and the region: He envisioned "the United States of Africa" and thus contributed to the formation of the African Union. In fact, "the African Union is basically the creation of Gaddafi, who saw it as a base for a stronger Africa. It was one of the reasons Africa Union argued to leave Gaddafi alone and tries to solve the US problems with Libya by meetings instead of violence of war. The US rejected this as their objective was total control of Libya and with this total control of the Libyan wealth. They had two of the most ruthless people in Libya ready to take over, Jibril and Jalil.

He succeeded in holding Libya together, which, was previously fragmented by different "tribes and ethnicities." and under King Idris slowly was falling apart. He transformed Libya to have "one of the highest GDPs per capita in Africa and did provide an extensive level of social security, particularly in the fields of housing and education, in a way that many North African and sub-Saharan countries could only dream of, as is well documented. He managed to avoid being dominated by either the Soviet Union or the U.S. during the Cold War. After the collapse of the Soviet Union at the end of the Cold War, he continued to fight against Western domination in the region and thus developed bad blood with Western powers. They were the ones who placed the ticket of an evil dictator on him a fact that did not exist as such and if in a much smaller way then the Al Thani's of Qatar or Mugabe of Zimbabwe. We did not see any action being taken against either of them.

He overthrew the Kingdom of Libya in a bloodless military coup against King Idris in 1969 and thus brought Libya into the modern era, although under a socialist system. He build the only man made drink water supply what is an achievement where 70% of the water had to be imported before. It was that water supply that was destroyed by the NATO including the factory for the water supply repairs. The NATO terrorist attack hit the water pipes factory in al-Brega, murdering six guards, this being the factory which makes pipes for the great man-made irrigation system across the desert which brings water to seventy per cent of Libyan homes, according to sources in Libya. That way they deliberate put the majority of the Libyan people in life's danger to force them to turn against Gaddafi. Even the Nazi's did not go that far. All these achievements are no small deeds for a ruler of a small country with only a few million people and for that reason they adored Gaddafi and allowed Gaddafi to rule for 42 years till the American warlords decided otherwise.

NATO sadistically continuous bombing has managed to exterminate more then 5% percent of the population of the city of Sirte alone, including more then 1,100 children. And that is what Cameron, William Hague and Sakosy call protecting civilians. How in anyone's imagination can this be seen as "protecting" civilians? Too many SAS members have lost their lives in Libya their deaths allocated to Afghanistan or kept secret, but they should not have been there as the UN resolution clearly stated "No boots on the ground". This is a clear violation of the UN Resolutions 1970 and 1973. It is a violation of International laws and the UN mandate. They said the Gestapo in WW2 was bad they did not see the NATO in action.

One question keeps popping up in questions and conversations.
Why the UN is suddenly quit. Is Ban-Ki-Moon afraid to upset his USA masters?
Why are the many Human rights groups suddenly quit, did they were refused permission from Obama to respond on the NATO inflicted cruelties?
Where are the always so active anti war groups in the Western world, retired maybe, or did they not receive the payments from Obama to protest?
Where is the always so quick Amnesty International, on holiday maybe?
Where are the always loud screaming health organisations, lost their voices maybe?
Most of all why are the Western leaders suddenly so quit, they had enough to shout when they tried to accuse Gaddafi of all kind of things, things they had to make up to please the Western Media control handlers. Above all it shows that all those organisations, those NGO's, those charities are nothing else then "nice little earners" for the organisers who obey above all the Western countries where the money is coming from.

Above all there is no proof that Gaddafi knew of the Lockerby bombing at forehand, and as head of state in a similar position of the queens of the Netherlands and Britain he had no power and therefore most certainly could not have been a dictator. There will be no doubt that the ruthless gangsters in the Libyan organisation such as Kusa, now friend of the Western world and Jalil the henchman and now also a friend of the Western world will allocate all their evil deeds to Gaddafi. Jalil will have a problem as he was the Judge who convicted the Bulgarian nurses to death, while Gaddafi annulled this and let them go. Wonder how he will explain this, how will he explain the over full prisons of which he was solely in charge as minister of Justice and Gaddafi trouble shooter? The bags full of money will not getting him out of this one, it will simmer and simmer till his time will come.

Those breaches of International laws and crimes against humanity are done by Western-supported NTC fighters. It is not just restricted to the case of Gaddafi's death but also be extended to the murder of his son, and many others, dragged from their homes tortured and killed or if a woman raped and killed by NTC fighters who declaring themselves being Muslim but who have no hesitation to rip and trample the green colours for the Prophet. In principle the NATO countries are responsible; they permitted the NATO to act as a WW2 Gestapo action to be let loose on a Jewish community.

The technical question here is who should be responsible for particular criminal acts. There are several legal possibilities here: The individuals who physically abused him and/or pulled the trigger, like Sanad al-Sadek al-Ureibi and others to be identified. Or the specific unit of NTC rebel-fighters which participated in the capture of Gaddafi and his group. Or, the NTC leadership who instigated those actions against Gaddafi and people who were suspected of Gaddafi supporters rightly or wrongly. Or, NATO forces and special their Secretary General, because of their participation or intent to participate in the attack which led to the capture and murder. Or, certain leaders of Western powers and Arab countries who have given wholehearted support to NTC from the start to encourage the violence against the regime. The Al Thani family and their head should here be first on the list as they delivered and paid for the rebellion, one dictator regime to dispose another suspect regime.

There is here a clear breach of International law and the breach of an UN mandate. It concerns the UN Security Council Resolution #1973 in 2011, which set up a "no-fly zone" above Libya but did not authorize NATO forces to carry out an attack on any group who were not harming anyone but were fleeing from being attacked instead. Gaddafi and his few bodyguards were under attack by NTC fighters when they were fleeing Sirte in a convoy, but NATO helped the NTC fighters by direct pinpointed bombings in an aerial attack on Gaddafi's convoy. It was this cowardly bombing that led to the capture of Gaddafi and his murder, where he should have been a prisoner of war.

This violates international law and the breach of the UN mandate in regard to the UN Security Council Resolution #1973, the attack on Gaddafi's convoy was directly at odds with the agreed task of guaranteeing a no-fly zone. In this specific case they did not protecting the lives of civilians, because the convoy did not attack anyone it was instead trying to escape from the attacks by NTC fighters and the NATO. U.N. human rights spokesman Rupert Colville said that he found it very disturbing when "you see someone who has been captured alive and then you see the same person dead....Summary executions are strictly illegal under any circumstances, because of the Western dominance in international legal bodies, any prosecution of war crimes committed by Western forces will be ignored. The war rules of warlords are simple as are their action, if you win you are right, if you loose you are indeed the loser. This really does raise some question marks about the command and discipline of the NTC forces and what Libya is going to be like, not just tomorrow, but next month, next year and the next ten years.

We like to ask those flight officers how they feel when they kill un-armed defenceless civilians, destroy their homes bomb their schools and destroy all what moves. We would like to ask those cowards us fools that fly those planes the question: do you know what you're doing? Obvious you do not. You use the excuse of the WW2 soldiers of; orders are orders, regardless. Or is killing an ad reline for you, make it do feel you great and powerful to kill that little figure running away, does it give you a kick? Do you enjoy hunting it to kill above all does it give you a thrill. If it does remember the Nuremberg trails where the excuse; order are orders, were not accepted as an excuse. You under the Geneva Convention have the right to refuse orders if they are indented to murder. So make up your mind are you just a flying coward or a sadistic moron, the choice is yours!
