NATO-backed forces once more have overstepped their mandate amid Kosovo border tension, and as is usual on US orders the UN will ignore it. The US and EU working in this together to get more space for the Albanian Kosovo inhabitants in whom the Albanians have decided that they do not want to Serbian population to live in Kosovo for that reason the US and the EU are sabotaging the UNSC meetings. The NATO as a real terror organisation wants a confrontation with Serbia as punishment for the in the past Serbian support for Russia. And as can be expected from the NATO they stirred up the actions by making absurd demands on the Serbian population.

The question is what is the real reason for the trouble in South/west Serbia. If we read the US/EU version it is to protect the Albanians in Kosovo from the danger of the Serbians. In reality it is the Albanians who partly did occupy Kosovo province but Kosovo is the birth ground of the Serbian people and there are two large enclaves with Serbians after the US against UN advice declared Kosovo in depended. They did this on the Albanian promise that the US firms would have the first rights on all earthly wealth that Kosovo has. The North of Kosovo is a Serbian province that on US advice was given to Kosovo although is does not make part of it. Main reason the Selac and Glave mining are in the North, first developed by Britain corporation trusts, and the geological indication is that the findings of Gold/silver/lead and sink are in larger quantities although deeper in the Serbian enclave of what was before Serbia.

It is the main reason that NATO is so aggressive they want the mining rights to be save for the US and the UK and what better way then to create a situation to provoke. After all the heavily bombed that area before killing hundreds and they are itching to do that again, after all the T stands for terror and that is what they do. KFOR, the official name for the NATO in that area have given the Serbians another 24 hrs to leave the area and hand it over to Kosovo. "We are coordinated over the north" and: "A new vision is needed for northern Kosovo". The Government doesn’t know how to implement investments in the north, and that is a fact as Kosovo is a criminal state ruled by criminals as such and following the rulings the UNDP. The opposition and government debate over dialogue with Serbians. What they really want is the exchange of territories and population from Serbia to Kosovo so that the Americans can start drilling in the north and as such implementing their investments.

Headlines 16 October
Government doesn’t want to adopt a new strategy for the north KFOR (NATO) warns Serbs that it will open roads on Monday. Here the US and the EU are with double standards for Kosovo, they have pledge to implement the agreements.

Headlines 17 October
KFOR (NATO) determined to open roads, Serbs determined to keep barricades. Serbia should forget division of Kosovo Serbia is blocking investigations on latest riots as they see it as an open and shut case which is that Kosovo wants that part of Serbia and the Serbians do not want to leave their homes and homesteads of them for many centuries to Albanian and Americans just entered the country.

Headlines 18 October
KFOR (NATO) opposite barricades of the Serbs. Serbs say they will wait for KFOR (NATO) at the barricades. NATO promised if needed by force to remove the barricades and open the roads for the Albanians and the Americans to take over the Serbian land. The UN by UN secretary general Ban-ki-Moon as spokesman for the US (UN) said that the barricades are unacceptable. Meaning the Serbian population should hand over their homes to the Albanians, it does show the obedience of Ban0Ki-Moon for the Americans (they selected him and pay him handsomely).

What else does the Kosovo government do beside closing their eyes for the large scale of human trafficking and sex slavery, in fact nothing it is the UNDP which in effect runs the country and for 2010 - 2011, the UNDP Kosovo programme responds to challenges of transitioning from a post-conflict society into a democracy with viable institutions, rule of law, and a competitive market economy. Big words but in reality it means that if they will give the US and the UK free hand than the US will overlook all illegal practices and help them to get rich and steal more land from the neighbours. Macedonia will be next on the US/Albanian program for expansion.

In effect Kosovo is an American state in Europe. It is run by the EU as a buffer against the Serbians. Further the UNDP 2010 programme will align MDG indicators with the EU perspective. Support in post-conflict-related areas (e.g. return of IDPs, reintegration of minorities and ex-combatants) will continue, with greater focus on community stabilization and peace-building. Attention will be placed on addressing pressing institutional capacity building needs and policy implementation in key sectors including security, justice, economic, social protection, and environment. UNDP Kosovo, through the Regional Bureau, will request the UNDP Evaluation Office to undertake an Assessment of Development Results to guide up-scaling and/or gradual shift to new strategic areas. This means that they will ask the American office for development for instructions and will implement those instructions.

In the UN after debating for hours behind closed doors, the Council came out with only a rather timid call for “restraint” by all parties. A Russian spokesman said afterwards that Russia proposed a brief, to-the-point statement that basically called on “Belgrade, Pristine and all other sides involved to resolve all outstanding problems through dialogue.” But even on this could the Western orientated security council not agree. In the end, both Serbia and Kosovo were “urged to exercise restraint” – a weak statement, especially in light of the escalating tensions in northern Kosovo, where violence has already broken out over the border issue.

Kosovo's declaration of independence from Serbia was enacted on Sunday, 17 February 2008 by the Assembly of Kosovo with a unanimous quorum. After enormous US/EU pressure to do so to get one over on the Serbs who were supported by the Russians. All 11 representatives of the Serb minority boycotted the proceedings. International reaction was mixed, and the world community continues to be divided on the issue of the international recognition of Kosovo. The question is being asked why the US pressed for recognition of Kosovo but object to a Palestinian state, Object to one of the older states in Europe Ossetia and Abhazia. The question can being answered easily, if the Palestinians, the Ossetians and the Abhazia population were willing to hand over their wealth to America, the USA would instantly recognise them.

All states who are recognising Kosovo are either NATO countries or allies in the world mainly Arab states. The total is that as of 11 October 2011, the Republic of Kosovo has received 86 diplomatic recognitions as an independent state. Notably, 85 out of 193 (44%) Serbia refuses to recognise it which is logic as Kosovo is the natural birth place of the Serbians. The Americans do not understand that position as the State they have the USA is stolen from the original inhabitants mainly by simple murdering them estimated well over 100 million.

A number of states expressed concern over the unilateral character of Kosovo's declaration, or announced explicitly that they will not recognise an independent Kosovo. The UN Security Council remains divided on this issue: of its five members with veto power, three (the United States, United Kingdom, France) have recognised the declaration of independence, while the People's Republic of China has expressed concern, urging the continuation of the previous negotiation framework. Russia has rejected the declaration and considers it illegal which it is. On 15 May 2008, Russia, China, and India released a joint statement where they called for new negotiations between the authorities of Belgrade and Pristine. Which the US rejected.

Although EU member states decide individually whether to recognise Kosovo, by consensus the EU has commissioned the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) to ensure peace and continued external oversight. Due to the dispute in the UN Security Council, the reconfiguration of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and partial handover to the EULEX mission met with difficulties. In spite of Russian and Serbian protests, the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon proceeded with the reconfiguration plan he hardly could do otherwise as his re-election would otherwise become in danger and therefore he followed the US orders. A wise move as his re-election was confirmed. His statement: "In the light of the fact that the Security Council is unable to provide guidance, I have instructed my Special Representative to move forward with the reconfiguration of UNMIK... in order to adapt UNMIK to a changed reality". According to the Secretary-General, the "United Nations has maintained a position of strict neutrality on the question of Kosovo's status". This is of course not correct as he advised the US position and therefore choice the US side of the problem.

The EU mission is to assume police, justice and customs duties from the UN, while operating under the UN resolution 1244 that first placed Kosovo under UN administration in 1999.
As of late July 2008, UNMIK no longer provides the citizens of Kosovo with travel documents, while their ability to travel using the new Kosovo passport does not coincide with diplomatic recognition: for example Greece, Romania and Slovakia make it possible, despite not recognising Kosovo. The three neighbouring states that recognise Kosovo—Albania, Montenegro and Macedonia—all accept the Kosovo passport, which Serbia refuses.

A UN General Assembly resolution adopted on 8 October 2008 backed the request of Serbia to seek an advisory opinion from the International Court of Justice on the legality of Kosovo's unilaterally proclaimed independence. The International Court of Justice delivered its advisory opinion on 22 July 2010 and concluded that the declaration of independence of Kosovo "did not violate any applicable rule of international law", because it was not issued by the Assembly of Kosovo, Provisional Institutions of Self-Government, or any other official body and thus the authors, who named themselves "representatives of the people of Kosovo" were not bound by the Constitutional Framework (promulgated by UNMIK) or by UNSCR1244 that is addressed only to United Nations Member States and organs of the United Nations.

As such the in depended declarations of the Palestinians, the Ossetians and the Abhazia population is therefore legal.

The Serbian rejected the claim by the Albanian population of certain parts of Kosovo:
Due to Serbian claims over Kosovo being a part of its sovereign territory, its reactions included recalling its ambassadors from countries that recognised Kosovo for consultations for several months, indicting the Kosovo leaders on charges of high treason, and announcing plans to litigate the case at the International Court of Justice. Serbia also expelled ambassadors from countries that recognised Kosovo after the vote in the United Nations General Assembly in which the initiative of Serbia to seek an advisory opinion by the International Court of Justice was adopted

Recognising Kosovo, which has declared its independence unilaterally, without an agreement with Serbia, have set a dangerous precedent that would seriously could be threaten chances of a other states seeing the same being done to them. Special seeing the efforts the US gives in money and advise to Chinese provinces with Muslim citizen and the money and advice they give to certain area's in Iran., It could have the same effect as with their action in Benghazi what have led to tens of thousands of deaths by NATO and one tribe seeking power over an other tribe.

Recognition of Kosovo was a mistake and in effect an act of war by the US and their NATO allies against Serbia. They no doubt hoped for an aggressive response from Russia and we can only presume to be thinking what would have been happening if Russian had responded at the war attack on Serbia by the US and the NATO allies. What will happen next? Will NATO indeed try to do it again, attack Serbia and hope that Russia will respond, so that as an American spokesman said, will use US missiles against Russia? Time will tell of the NATO will crack, and with that evil gone the US is almost powerless.
